On being an 'expert'

Who says one is an expert?

In handling a team and you're supposed to be the 'expert' I think that you're not necessarily perfect all the time because you might not have encountered particular cases that are more similar to the case at hand.  And there are times that the members of the team you're part of would suggest things. It wouldn't hurt to listen to them.  Especially because there's a lot of work to be done and they're suggesting things that would help your workflow better, as well as your productivity.  And we all know that catching up on work is one of the toughest things you need to do so it's better that you get started with the team's quirks (and suggestions!) in mind. ;)
