On using ntlmaps

Some settings had to be edited in the server.cfg

PARENT_PROXY_PORT: 80

Other settings changed were the NT domain name and username, also the password. Of course. :)

In Firefox, I had to indicate that it will use proxy settings except for the local dev server.
